Introduction to Massage An informative and very relaxing weekend, suitable for beginners.
In these 2 day introductory workshops we will be looking specifically at Traditional Swedish Massage. You will experience the many benefits of massage and learn the five basic Swedish techniques. The workshop will cover the back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs. By the end of the weekend you will know enough to be able to give a massage to family or friends.
